June Simmonds

June worked in finance for 17 years, initially involved in personal finance and later was the operations manager for an international finance house.

For the past 16 years she and her husband have owned and run Fir Tree Farm Equestrian Centre and over the years she has observed the interaction between clients and the horses and recognised the impact this has on peoples lives.  It was her desire to develop this further which led her to train as an Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator.

Jo Simpson

Jo spent 19 years with an international bank mainly focused on team, client and project management.  Acknowledged as a `leader of change` she gained accreditation to facilitate culture change workshops to staff at all levels.  Jo then took a career change to manage the career coaching services for a human resources consultancy.

A certified Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator, Jo combines her business and people development experience with her belief in the learning opportunities presented to us when interacting with horses.  She is continuing her professional development via the study of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), exploring the relationships between how we think (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic), and our patterns of behaviour and emotion (programmes).
